If you have an accident, please always call 911 immediately, especially if there are any injuries. If there are no injuries, take photos if you can. These always help with claims. Also, get all the info you can, such as the other vehicles tag info. Take a picture of their insurance card and drivers’ licenses. You may take photos of the damage to both vehicles and the street and lanes you are in as well.
If possible, move the vehicles to a safe place after you take photos. Please call us once you are safe, and we will guide you from there.

This is a question we often hear. Our job is to review your current coverages if you are a new customer and advise you of what we think is necessary. Oftentimes, there are reasons for not going with higher coverages, and we can discuss that on a per-person basis.

Your children should be insured once they have their driving permit. Once a child is a household driver and is allowed to drive alone, he/she needs to be listed. Insuring kids is expensive, so things like A/B average in school, driver’s education, and college studies (if they are away at school) will give them discounts. They are always credited for good behavior, so a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) is a must!

We do offer life insurance for all ages as well as coverage for business relationships. A lot of businesses like to have keyman operator or partnership coverage, and we highly recommend it. If you are a family, you want enough coverage to leave your loved ones financially sound, having enough to pay off the mortgage or the bills until the children finish college.

The answer to this question is almost always yes! Most carriers offer a nice discount if you have more than one policy with them. When possible, we highly recommend bundling to save every penny you can.
